Laura A Hassett

Laura A Hassett has over 14 years of work experience in various roles related to technical support and customer success. Most recently, they worked as a Sr Technical Support Engineer at Numerated starting in December 2021. Prior to that, they were a Customer Success Manager at Temenos from July 2021 to November 2021, where they built and maintained strong relationships with strategic customers in the banking and financial technology services industry.

From 2020 to 2021, Laura served as a Sr Site Reliability Engineer at Pearson, focusing on ensuring the reliability and stability of the company's systems. Before that, they worked at Temenos from 2019 to 2020 as a Global Software Support Engineer Team Lead, providing support for Avoka's products following Temenos' acquisition of Avoka.

Laura's experience at Avoka, from 2017 to 2018, involved driving customer success and providing support as a Senior Software Support Engineer. Laura A also played a key role in migrating the support ticketing system to JIRA Service Desk.

Prior to Avoka, Laura worked as a Software Support Engineer II at Reed Group and as a Software Engineer I at the University Corporation for Atmospheric Research. Laura A also gained experience as a Software Support Engineer at Alpine Access, an IT Technician at Arapahoe House, and a Senior IT Desktop Support Technician at Ultimate Electronics.

Throughout their career, Laura has developed strong technical skills in areas such as JIRA administration, software and hardware troubleshooting, systems administration, and customer relationship management.

Laura A Hassett earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Metropolitan State University of Denver, which they attended from 2006 to 2010. In addition to their formal education, they obtained additional certifications from Avoka, including Transact 18.x Operations in July 2019 and Transact 5.x Qualified Front End Builder in May 2018.
