Rachel Ezell

Rachel Ezell has a strong background in HR and compensation analysis. Rachel currently works at Numerica Credit Union as an HR Total Rewards Manager since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Avista as a Compensation Analyst from April 2019 to May 2022, and as a Benefits Administrator from December 2017 to April 2019. Before Avista, Rachel worked at Mercer as an Associate from March 2017 to December 2017, and as a Senior Actuarial Analyst from November 2013 to March 2017. Rachel began their career at Peoples Bank as an Account Processor II from April 2012 to October 2013, and as an FSR from June 2011 to April 2012.

Rachel Ezell graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Western Washington University (WWU) in the years 2005 to 2010. In addition to their degree, they obtained the Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification from WorldatWork in March 2022.
