Stefan Piruzevski

Stefan Piruzevski has extensive work experience that spans over two decades. Stefan started their career as an Intermediate Programmer Analyst at New Market Group, where they designed and delivered company-wide solutions. Stefan then worked as a Programmer Analyst at Centtric Marketing Systems, where they utilized Agile software development to deliver critical solutions for an insurance marketing system.

After that, Stefan joined Interchange Solutions Inc. as a Senior Consultant, where they designed custom solutions for clients and integrated various database platforms. Stefan later joined GROUP Business Software AG as a Product Manager, responsible for determining market needs and developing a product vision/roadmap.

In 2012, Stefan joined Breakeven Inc. as a Project Manager, where they provided leadership and guidance in managing internal and client-based projects.

In 2013, Stefan joined CBC/Radio-Canada and held multiple senior management roles. As a Senior Manager, Strategic Insights, they guided CBC leaders in data-driven decision making and developed a measurement model to evaluate organizational investments. Stefan also served as a Senior Manager, Semantics, overseeing CBC's semantic platform and collaborating with senior leaders to implement business strategies. Finally, as a Product Manager, CMS, Stefan developed a long-term strategic vision and guided cross-functional teams in meeting business goals.

Most recently, Stefan joined Numeris as the Director of Data Transformation in 2022.

Stefan Piruzevski completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Strategic Management and Execution at Schulich School of Business - York University from 2014 to 2016. Stefan also obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Business Technology Management from Toronto Metropolitan University, which they attended from 2004 to 2011. Stefan further pursued their education by participating in the Executive Program at Queen's University from 2019 to 2021. In addition, they completed a Conflict Resolution course at Cornell University in 2022. Stefan's educational background also includes a Programmer Analyst Diploma from CDI College, Toronto, which they earned from 1998 to 2000. Furthermore, Stefan Piruzevski has obtained various certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Bell Nordic Conseil in 2019, SAFe Agilist (SA) from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2016, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance in 2013, Oracle Certified Professional, Java SE 6 Programmer from Oracle in 2011, Pragmatic Marketing Certified (PMC) from Pragmatic Marketing in 2011, and PMP - Project Management Professional from Project Management Institute in 2009.
