Luis A. Burgos

Luis A. Burgos is a technology professional with extensive experience in the venture capital and financial services industries. Luis A. began their career in 1995 as Founder and Managing Partner at The WinJet Company, where they developed an inventory control and invoicing system. In 2002, they joined SunGard Financial Systems as Director of Product Management, Director of Client Solutions, Technical Leader/Project Manager, and Senior Software Engineer/Technical Leader. In 2011, they became Founding Partner and Lead Technologist at Advue Technologies LLC. In 2016, they co-founded SteelBridge Laboratories, a venture capital technology incubator, and Exchangelodge, a platform that improves efficiency, mitigates data and key-man risk, and enhances investor and regulatory reporting. Luis A. also co-founded NuMoola, a retail banking software that focuses on financial inclusion, and iraLogix, a technology platform that offers open architecture for investment options, custody, and advice providers.

Luis A. Burgos obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from the University of Havana, Cuba between 1981 and 1986. Luis A. also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Automatic Control Systems and Process Control from ISPJAE, University of Havana, Cuba between 1981 and 1986. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree from Vocational High School "V.I.Lenin" in Havana, Cuba between 1975 and 1981.
