Phuong Pham has been working in the software engineering field since 2006. Phuong began their career as an Information System Specialist at the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Planning and Investment, where they developed and maintained the Foreign Direct Investment Projects information system. In 2009, they became an R&D Engineer at Fine Art Technology, where they developed real-time screen monitoring software, extended the VNC protocol, and initiated cloud migration solutions for on-premise applications. From 2012 to 2017, Phuong was a Graduate Teaching Assistant and Graduate Student Researcher at the University of California, Davis. Phuong also worked as a Data Science Intern at the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory in 2017. In 2020, they joined Nuna Inc. as a Software Engineer, and later that year, they became a Senior Software Engineer at Sunvalleytek.
Phuong Pham completed their Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from the National University of Sciences between 2002 and 2006. Phuong then went on to pursue their Master's Degree in Computer Science from National Chiao Tung University between 2008 and 2010. Finally, they obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Computer Science from the University of California, Davis between 2012 and 2017.
