John Sherratt

John Sherratt is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer experience, management, and data protection. Since June 2019, John has held various positions at Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council, currently serving as the Customer Experience and Data Protection Officer. Additionally, John has been a Store Manager at Dunelm since September 2014, where participation in the "Lead with Impact" program was noted, culminating in graduation in December 2017. John’s experience also includes significant roles at Marks and Spencer and Tesco PLC, where leadership, organizational design, and strategic planning were pivotal in managing high-volume stores and teams.
