Don Neufeld

Don Neufeld is an experienced technology executive and executive coach, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of VPECoach since April 2020, providing guidance to startup engineering leaders. In addition to this role, Don holds strategic advisory positions at Nuon, Subroutine, and Nira.app, focusing on leading server-side rendering platforms. Previous experience includes significant leadership roles at ClassPass as VP Engineering, where Don oversaw a team of over 100 engineers, and at Chartboost as VP Engineering, managing a global mobile ad network. Don also served as CTO at Medium, co-founded Ohai, Inc. as CTO and VP of Engineering, and contributed to the development of notable games at Sony Online Entertainment as a Technical Director and Lead Programmer. Don Neufeld holds a B.Sc. in Math/CS from Brandon University.
