Heather Taylor-Reid

Heather Taylor-Reid, MBA, has a diverse work history with significant experience in IT planning, governance, and program management. Heather is currently the Head of Product Operations at NuORDER by Lightspeed, a role they started in December 2021. Prior to that, Heather held the position of Director of IT Planning and Governance at alphabroder from December 2017 to January 2022. Heather also served as the General Manager, IT Business Partner for Aspire Lifestyles at International SOS from March 2017 to December 2017.

Heather's previous roles include Senior Director of Program Management & Business Applications at Aspire Lifestyles from 2015 to 2017, Director of Group IT Planning & Governance at International SOS from 2014 to 2015, Director of PMO at International SOS from 2012 to 2014, and Program Manager at The Neat Company from March 2012 to September 2012.

Before that, they worked as the Director of Program Management for Webstore/Mobile at GSI Commerce from June 2010 to March 2012. Heather's early career includes a role as a Project Manager at Datalex from 1996 to 2006 and as a Customer Support Manager at Teamwork Solutions from January 1990 to May 1996.

Heather Taylor-Reid earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management from The Open University between 2014 and 2016. Heather also holds additional certifications including PMI-ACP, PMP, and ITIL Managers Certificate from PMI and ITIL, obtained in different years.
