Marie McCausland Ph.D.

Marie McCausland PhD, MPH, CLC is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in health, research, and non-profit leadership. As the Founder and CEO of Doulify since June 2021, Marie has successfully led a team to secure grant funding and develop resources for parents. In addition, Marie serves as Treasurer for the Village of Healing and works as a Post Partum Doula with the Nurtured Foundation. Marie is also the Founder of Mom Effect, where innovative programming has supported parents through community engagement and support networks. Previously, Marie has held significant roles including Postdoctoral Researcher at Case Western Reserve University and Contact Tracer at the Bio-Defense Network. An accomplished scholar, Marie holds multiple degrees including a PhD in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology and an MBA in Entrepreneurship.
