Claire McPartlin is an experienced educator and laboratory services coordinator with a strong background in biology and environmental education. Currently serving as the Laboratory Services Coordinator at City Colleges of Chicago-Harry S Truman College since July 2022, Claire has also been a tutor with Nurturing Wisdom Tutoring and a freelance STEM tutor since 2019. Previous roles include Program Development Specialist at the Peggy Notebaert Nature Museum, where Claire developed hands-on educational programs, and Naturalist Aide at the Forest Preserve District of Cook County, focusing on nature education and ecological restoration. Claire has taught at various educational institutions, including serving as a Biology Instructor at Robert Morris University and a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Kansas. Claire holds a Master's degree in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology from the University of Kansas and a Bachelor's degree in Biology from the University of Chicago.
