Elizabeth Cedeno has over six years of professional work experience. Elizabeth started their career in 2014 as a Sales Associate at Macy's. In 2016, Elizabeth joined Altegra Health as a Case Manager/Eligibility Counselor, where they went through the Medicare Savings Program application process with members and requested documents from members, filled out applications with members until fully completing the application and met all requirements to submit to state that they would be working with. In 2018, Elizabeth joined Nurx as a Community Manager (Acquired by Thirty Madison), Quality Assurance Associate and Customer Care Agent, where they managed user issues from first contact until resolution, detailed/organized with records of user interactions, fully understood and resolved user’s concerns and questions both through the Nurx application and customer support phone line and assisted patients with insurance, pharmacies and shipping issues they would encounter. In 2022, Elizabeth joined Thirty Madison as a Community Manager and Quality Assurance Associate.

Elizabeth Cedeno attended Hialeah Gardens Senior High School from 2011 to 2015. Elizabeth also obtained a certification in Social Media Marketing from HubSpot in September 2022.
