Binsar Ferdinand

Binsar Ferdinand has a diverse work experience in recruitment and human resources. Binsar started their career as a Member of the Research Development team at Himpunan Mahasiswa Administrasi Bisnis (Himabis) FIA UB from February 2019 to December 2019, and then again from January 2020 to November 2020. Binsar then worked as a Human Resources Intern at Flick from October 2021 to January 2022. Binsar then transitioned to the role of a Recruitment Consultant at ADI Group - ASIA from January 2022 to July 2022, where they handled end-to-end recruitment processes. After that, they joined EKRUT as a Recruitment Consultant from June 2022 to April 2023, where they helped tech talent find better job opportunities through their recruitment platform. Currently, Binsar is working as a Recruitment Consultant at NusaTalent since April 2023.

From 2018 to 2022, Binsar Ferdinand attended the University of Brawijaya, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree. Binsar'sfield of study focused on Business Administration and Management, encompassing a broad range of business principles and practices.
