Omer Erbay

Omer Erbay is a seasoned structural engineering professional with extensive experience in civil and structural analysis. Currently serving as the Manager of Civil/Structural Analysis and Structural Engineer at NuScale Power since January 2023, Omer Erbay specializes in the analysis and design of reactor buildings, implementing advanced methodologies and automation tools. Prior roles include a Structural Consultant from April 2020 to January 2023, as well as Senior Project Manager at Simpson Gumpertz & Heger Inc. from September 2017 to April 2020, focusing on high-end analysis and risk assessment for special structures. Omer Erbay's foundational experience in structural consulting includes energy structures such as wind turbines and nuclear power plants.
