David Malloy

David Malloy has over two decades of experience in global talent acquisition and HR leadership. David is currently the Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition at Nutanix, a cloud computing company.

Prior to joining Nutanix, David served as the Vice President, Head of Talent Acquisition - Americas at SAP, the world's largest enterprise application software provider. During their five years at SAP, David was responsible for leading the talent acquisition function for the Americas region.

Before SAP, David held senior recruiting roles at Infor and Oracle. At Infor, they served as the Senior Director of Recruiting and was responsible for leading the company's recruiting efforts globally. During their eight years at Oracle, David held various recruiting and HR roles, including Global Talent Acquisition and HR Leader/Advisor.

David has a proven track record of success in talent acquisition and HR leadership. David is a strategic thinker who is able to develop and implement creative solutions to complex problems. David is a strong communicator and an effective leader who is able to build and motivate high-performing teams.

David Malloy has a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania. David's field is public relations and they work in the communications department at a university.
