Faiz Shakir

Faiz Shakir is an experienced leader in the technology sector, currently serving as VP & Managing Director for Southern Asia at Nutanix since February 2016. With a strong focus on business strategy execution, sales target achievement, and channel relationship development, Faiz has held various senior roles, including oversight of enterprise accounts and territory business plans. Prior to Nutanix, Faiz was National Partner Manager and Business Manager for South India at EMC, where responsibilities included establishing strategic partnerships and driving revenue growth. Faiz began a career in technology with NewWave Computing Pvt Ltd as Business Head, where management of significant business divisions was essential. Faiz holds a degree in Business Management with a specialization in Marketing from Christ University, Bangalore, and a certificate in Organizational Leadership from Columbia Business School.
