Senior Director, Solutions Marketing at Nutanix

Greg White is the Senior Director of Solutions Marketing at Nutanix. Prior to joining Nutanix, Greg served as the Director of Global Alliances Marketing at Commvault from April 2011 to November 2016. In this role, Greg was responsible for the global marketing strategy and execution for meet in the channel alliance partners in a high-growth, dynamic software market.

During their time at Commvault, Greg launched sales plays that included training, website, and customer-facing content for 5 different key technology alliances (AWS, Cisco, Microsoft, Nutanix, and Pure Storage) within 3 months. Greg also published in or interviewed for 5 different media pieces, including CIO.com, Channelbuzz and corporate blog, in their first 6 months. In addition, Greg contributed to alliance influenced bookings that grew from zero to $11M in their first 6 months with key partners through demand generation, content creation, enablement, thought leadership, press releases, launches, and marketing programs.

Under Greg’s leadership, the alliances team achieved planned growth of almost 400% for the next fiscal year (April to March). Greg’s experience and success in developing relationships and joint go to market plans with executives, field marketing, sales and product teams make him an invaluable asset to any organization.

Greg White has a MBA in Marketing from the Texas McCombs School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Science from the University of Virginia. Greg also has a certification from SiriusDecisions in SiriusDecisions B2B Marketing Foundations Pro.
