Srinivas Bandi

Srinivas Bandi is an accomplished scientist with extensive experience in antibody engineering and therapeutic development. Currently serving as Associate Director at Nutcracker Therapeutics since February 2022, Srinivas specializes in multi-specific and mRNA-based therapeutics. Prior to this role, Srinivas held positions at Johnson & Johnson as Senior Scientist, focusing on CAR-T development and scFvs, and at Bristol-Myers Squibb as Scientist in Antibody Therapeutics Discovery. Srinivas also completed postdoctoral work at the University of Colorado, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, and Fox Chase Cancer Center, contributing significantly to the fields of antibody discovery, inflammation, and signaling in B cell development. Educationally, Srinivas earned a Ph.D. in Cancer Biology from Goethe University, a Master’s in Biochemistry from the University of Hyderabad, and a Bachelor's in Chemistry from Acharya Nagarjuna University.
