Juniver Engalan

Juniver Engalan is an experienced R&D professional with a strong background in food technology and product development. Currently serving as the R&D Assistant Manager at Bounty Fresh Food Inc. since March 2022, Juniver leads research and development technology transfer and oversees product and process improvements. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Specialist and Junior Specialist at AJINOMOTO Philippines Corporation, where Juniver managed product development strategies, market research, recipe development, and commercialization efforts. Previous positions include Research and Development Specialist at Ketsup Pinoy Inc. and Analytical Sensory Panelist at Jollibee Foods Corporation. Juniver holds a Bachelor of Science in Food Technology from Polytechnic University of the Philippines and is currently pursuing a Google Project Management Professional Certificate through Coursera.
