Angela Giroux

Angela Giroux is a legal professional with extensive experience in compliance and integrity roles. Currently serving as Chief Integrity Officer at Nutrien since February 2013, Angela has held various titles within the company, including Senior Counsel for Compliance and Employment in Canada, and Assistant General Counsel for North America Integrity Officer. Prior experience includes a position as Senior Counsel for Compliance at PotashCorp from February 2013 to December 2017, and earlier roles as an Associate Lawyer at McDougall Gauley LLP and MLT. Angela began legal training as an Articling Student at Burnet, Duckworth & Palmer LLP. Angela holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of Saskatchewan, obtained between 1999 and 2002.
