Farheen Samji

Farheen Samji currently serves as the Director of Executive Compensation at Nutrien, having joined the company in March 2023. In this role, Farheen manages the broad-based compensation programs and policies within Nutrien's Total Rewards Center of Excellence, focusing on aligning these with business objectives across global operations. Previously, Farheen held various positions at CNOOC International from June 2011 to March 2023, including Senior Manager of Total Rewards and multiple HR Business Partner roles. Farheen's career began at Willis Towers Watson, where a range of roles included Retirement Consultant and Senior Retirement Associate. Farheen holds a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science from the University of Calgary and completed the Ignite Leadership Development Program at the University of Oxford.
