Hannah Nelson

Hannah Nelson has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Hannah is currently working as a Senior Strategic Content Writer at Mount Sinai Health System since July 2023. In their previous role at Nutrisense, they worked as a Content Writer starting from January 2023.

Prior to that, Hannah worked at Healthcare Management Administrators from October 2021 to July 2023, where they held two roles. Firstly, as a Product Strategy & Marketing Manager, Care Navigation & Member Engagement, they played a key role in developing a care navigation product that improves health outcomes. Secondly, as a Partnerships & Product Marketing Manager, Pharmacy Benefits, they sourced pharmacy benefit managers and renegotiated contracts for financial improvement.

Before their time at Healthcare Management Administrators, Hannah worked as a Freelance Writer from March 2017 to December 2020. Hannah also served as an Editorial Content Strategist at the Society for Neuroscience from October 2018 to July 2020, where they led content strategy and communications, managed scientific research content, and developed articles and other materials.

Hannah's work experience also includes roles such as Copywriter at ABC-CLIO, Writing Tutor at UC Santa Barbara, Teaching Assistant at the Teaching Assistant Program in France USA, Editorial Intern at Santa Barbara Magazine, and Assistant News Editor at UC Santa Barbara.
