Lucas Neves Martins

Lucas Neves Martins has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Lucas started their career as a Tutor at Code-Squad.com from 2013 to 2016. In 2014, Lucas co-founded Minerador CRM, where they developed ERP software for telecom planning. Lucas worked as a Co-Founder until 2020.

From 2016 to 2022, Lucas served as a Technology Evaluation Board member for Darwin Startups and HARDS, where they conducted interviews and evaluated entrepreneurs, CTOs, and product teams.

In 2018 and 2019, Lucas worked as a Business Mentor at SEBRAE, delivering workshops and providing hands-on support for startups and entrepreneurs in the Seleção Natural program.

From 2019 to 2020, they also worked as a Product Mentor for SEBRAE, focusing on product strategy, value delivery, technology, team, market, and viability.

In 2020, Lucas joined GeekHunter Brasil as the Chief Technology Officer, where they played a pivotal role in expanding the engineering team and implementing various initiatives such as TDD, DevOps, Kubernetes, and recruiting process improvements.

Currently, Lucas is working as a Software Engineering Manager at Nutrisense, starting in November 2022.

Lucas Neves Martins graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, specializing in Computer Software, Computer Hardware, and Networking, from Estácio University. Lucas completed their studies in this field from 2005 to 2008.
