Daphne Grohmann

Daphne Grohmann has worked in several roles in the Human Resources field since 2007. Daphne began their career as an Apprentice in Business Management at Alfred H. Schuette GmbH & Co. KG. In 2010, they were a Trainee Student at MBE Coal and Minerals Technology GmbH in Cologne, Germany. In 2013, they were an Intern at managerberater Mario Lukié, Michael Basmann & Partner GbR. From 2014-2015, they worked as a Care Worker at Beit ha Yedidut and then as a Human Resources Coordinator, Advisor, and Head of Human Resources at United Petroleum Pty Ltd. In 2019, they were a Human Resources Business Partner at Hallmark Cards Australia. In 2020, they were a People and Culture Business Partner at Bendigo Kangan Institute. And in 2021, they were a Learning and Development Advisor at Downer. Currently, they are a Senior People and Culture Partner at Nutromics.

Daphne Grohmann graduated from Rheinische Fachhochschule Köln in 2013 with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, majoring in Human Resources Management. Daphne has since obtained three additional certifications from LinkedIn: Inclusive Tech: Retaining Diverse Talent in February 2022, Creating a high performance culture in October 2021, and Organisational Culture in October 2021.
