Alex Nichol

Alex Nichol has a wealth of work experience, starting with their role as Graphic Designer for Insite Environments in 1998. Alex then moved on to become a Freelance Designer & Developer for Aelius in 1999. In 2006, they became Design Director for Videojuicer, followed by Managing Director for Moko Digital Ltd in 2008. Alex then took on the role of Director of User Experience for The Dene Group in the same year. In 2010, they were appointed Managing Director for Riff Raff, followed by Digital Director for Future&Co. in 2013. Most recently, in 2016, they became Product Director for Nutshell Apps, where they were responsible for building, leading and mentoring a team of 25 professionals, as well as being responsible for the strategy, execution and quality assurance behind a groundbreaking SaaS product.

Alex Nichol attended Northumbria University from 1999 to 2002, where they earned a 1st Class degree in Film (directing fiction).
