Helle Holst Larsen

Helle Holst Larsen has a strong background in the telecommunications industry, spanning over two decades. Helle started their career in 1998 as a Project Manager and Head of IT Project Management at TDC Internet, where they were responsible for product development. Helle then moved on to various leadership roles at TDC Group, starting as a Department Manager in TDC IT Projects and eventually working their way up to the position of VP in different areas, including TDC Business, TDC Nordic IT, TDC Product Management, and Broadband and Mobile. In these roles, they were responsible for strategy, development, and optimization of various products and services. Larsen also served as the VP of Development and IT at Wholesale, Operations, and Nordic, where they managed a substantial capex budget and oversaw the execution of strategies and roadmaps. Helle later joined Nuuday as a VP in Core Systems, OSS, and subsequently held positions as Tribe Lead and VP of Tech Transformation, VP of OSS, and currently serves as the SVP of Core IT Services. In these roles, they have been involved in turning around legacy systems, implementing modern workflows, and liaising with IT system integrators and product vendors. Overall, Larsen has demonstrated extensive experience in IT project management, process optimization, strategic planning, and leadership in the telecommunications industry.

Helle Holst Larsen earned a Master's degree in Information and Media Science, including an internship, from Aarhus University, from 1991 to 1998. In 2013-2014, they obtained a mini-MBA from Copenhagen Business School and became a certified Mindjuice coach from Mindjuice. Additionally, in 2006-2007, they completed a program at INSEAD, although the degree and field of study are unspecified.
