Kasper Egø Madsen

Kasper Egø Madsen has extensive experience in customer support and community management, currently serving as Community Customer Manager at Nuuday since December 2014, where responsibilities include advising customers on social media platforms and moderating support forums to enhance customer experience. Prior to this role, Madsen worked at YouSee from May 2009 to July 2013 in various capacities, including Social Media Supporter and Technical Supporter, providing front-line customer support across multiple channels. Madsen began a career as an electrician apprentice at KRÜGER & NIELSEN from July 2005 to December 2008 and worked as a service staff member at Bauhaus from 2002 to 2005. Educational qualifications include an electrician degree in installation technology from EUC Sjælland and completion of the 10th grade at "10'eren," along with primary education at Kalbyrisskolen.
