Laura Hart

Laura Hart has five years of work experience. Laura began their career in 2016 as an Account Executive at COS: Capitol Office Solutions. In 2018, they became a Business Development Manager at U.S. Security Associates, Inc., where they were responsible for business growth in all of Washington, D.C. and Maryland. In 2019, they joined X4 Technology as a Senior Technical Consultant, providing hiring solutions to connect innovative businesses with tech talent. In 2021, they were appointed Director of People at YieldX, and also began working as a Talent Specialist at Nuvalence, a team of product leaders, architects, and developers with years of experience at the world’s leading tech firms.

Laura Hart has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing from James Madison University. Laura has also obtained two additional certifications: People Analytics from The Wharton School in August 2022, and Inclusive Culture from Paradigm Strategy Inc. in June 2022.
