Alan Wong

Alan Wong, CFA, CAIA is a finance professional with extensive experience in real estate investment and asset management across the Asia Pacific region. Currently serving as Senior Director at Nuveen, a TIAA company, since June 2018, Alan oversees the Asia Pacific Cities Fund, focusing on investments in multifamily, logistics, and office sectors in Japan, South Korea, and Australia. Previously, Alan worked at Invesco Ltd. as a Senior Associate, managing transactions and fund management for the Invesco Real Estate Asia Fund. Prior roles include Senior Financial Analyst at Hopewell Holdings Limited, where responsibilities encompassed real estate market analysis and executing significant global offerings, and Regulatory Risk and Compliance Auditor at Thames Water, focusing on enterprise risk management and regulatory compliance. Alan holds a Master's in Finance from London Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from The University of Hong Kong.
