Jason O'Brien

Jason O'Brien, CFA, has extensive experience in the finance sector, particularly in fixed income management. Since January 2006, Jason has served as a Portfolio Manager at Nuveen Investments, where responsibilities include managing the Securitized Debt Team and trading mortgage-backed and commercial mortgage-backed securities for institutional portfolios and mutual funds. Prior to this role, Jason worked as a Fixed Income Trader at Usbancorp Investment Inc from January 1996 to January 2006 and held an operations position at Piper Jaffray from April 1993 to January 1996. Jason holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from the University of St. Thomas, earned between 1987 and 1991.
