Nicholas Petrella

Nicholas Petrella currently serves as Senior Director and Chief of Staff for Responsible Investing at Nuveen, a TIAA company, since August 2021, after holding the position of Vice President in Strategy and Business Management. Previously, Nicholas worked at Northern Trust Corporation from July 2014 to August 2021, where roles included Second Vice President of Business Strategy, Officer in Business Strategy, and Senior Derivatives Analyst. Nicholas began the career at Mercer as a Financial Analyst and also had part-time experience in Business Operations with School District 54. Academic credentials include an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Loyola University Chicago.
