Guillaume Conteville is the Chief Marketing Officer at Nuvei. Guillaume was previously the Global Head Digital Marketing and SVP at Mastercard from July 2011 to September 2021. In this role, they were responsible for leading a team of 30+ in charge of driving digital transformation across all marketing activities, reporting into the CMO. This included responsibility for the selection and adoption of Mastercard’s marketing technology stack supporting personalization across all advertising and sites, as well as managing a Centre of Excellence operating all DMP, programmatic, DCO, social monitoring, DAM and CRM tools. Guillaume was also responsible for GDPR and other privacy compliance on all marketing aspects.

In addition to leading the digital marketing team, Conteville was also responsible for supporting B2B lead generation across the enterprise, leveraging personalization and CRM technology to source qualified leads and implementing internal processes to convert these leads. Guillaume also led the Online Transformation project, bringing all of Mastercard’s 500 web/mobile sites & apps into one coherent ecosystem with state of the art CX, positioning the company as a technology leader. In this role, they were in charge of UX, design & content, data & AI strategy, working with Mastercard’s internal technology department for all development.

During their time at Mastercard, Conteville also designed, developed & commercialized an AI powered real-time campaign automation product (Priceless Marketing Engine) allowing Mastercard’s customers to respond to micro-trends & conversations with digital/social campaigns in a matter of

Guillaume Conteville received a Bachelor of Arts in European Business Administration from Middlesex University. Guillaume then attended NEOMA Business School and Ecole Alsacienne. Guillaume is currently enrolled in Cours Desir.

Guillaume Conteville reports to Philip Fayer, Chairman & CEO. They work with Craig Ludwig - SVP, Products, David Schwartz - CFO, and Mark Pyke - President, North America.
