Pinkal P.

Pinkal P. has a diverse work experience that spans over a decade. Starting in 2011, they worked at Collabera India as a Sr. Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist, where they were responsible for the full hiring cycle and also trained a team of recruiters. In 2017, they moved to Collabera Inc. and took on the role of Program Delivery Manager, Recruiting Operations, where they developed and managed a multi-year strategy to scale talent acquisition. They also implemented dashboards using PowerBI to track program initiatives. In 2021, Pinkal P. became a Project Manager at Collabera Inc., focusing on transforming recruiting operations and improving the overall recruitment process. They then joined Ascendion in 2022 as a Project Manager for Enterprise Recruiting Technology, where they led transformation efforts to improve organizational efficiency and collaborated with key stakeholders. Currently, Pinkal P. holds the position of Head of Operations at Nuvento Inc.

Pinkal P. obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Telecommunications from North Maharashtra University. Pinkal also completed high school education with a focus on Science at Shri. J. P. Thakkar High School. Additionally, Pinkal received a Product Analytics Micro-Certification (PAC)TM from Product School in May 2022.
