Luca Medeiros

Luca Medeiros has a diverse range of work experience in the field of machine learning and data analysis. They have worked as an MLOps Engineer - Tech Lead at Nuvilab, where they developed and implemented AI model auto-training systems and versioning systems for traceability and reproducibility. They also designed active learning strategies for large-scale data. Additionally, at Nuvilab, they worked as a Computer Vision Engineer, implementing instance segmentation models and multi-modal CLIP models.

Luca has also worked as a Lightning AI Ambassador and a Beta Tester & Contributor at Lightning AI. They have experience in scholarship and mentoring roles, such as Scholarship & Mentoring - Big Data and Scholarship & Mentoring - AI in Healthcare, where they conducted data analysis programs and developed machine learning models for distribution and skin cancer classification.

In other roles, Luca has worked as a Global Student Reporter & Researcher at Barun ICT Research Center, a Data Analyst at Seoul Energy Corporation, and a Translator at Korea International Trade & Translation Center.

Luca Medeiros completed their Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Sungkyunkwan University from 2017 to 2021. They also took a course in Deep Learning at 한국MDS Academy in 2017. Prior to that, Luca Medeiros pursued a Language Course in Korean Language at Sun Moon University from 2016 to 2017.
