Walter has been involved in numerous buy-side and sell-side transactions. Prior to Nuvini, they served as the Finance, Investment, and M&A Group Coordinator at ASSERTI Associação de Empresas de Serviço de TI.

Walter has also held significant positions on the board of several companies. Walter Leandro was a member of the board at DPOnet, Eventials, and V-Lab Health. At ONCLICK, one of the leading technology companies for e-commerce in Brazil, they served as the EVP, responsible for managing the business in technology, product development, FP&A, and M&A. At Locaweb, Walter was the Director of New Business Development.

Their entrepreneurial journey began as a Co-Founder of Tray, the largest e-commerce platform in Brazil. Walter Leandro played a crucial role in establishing the company from its inception in 2003 until 2014. Prior to that, Walter served as the Executive Director at PayU, where they focused on commercial operations, risk management, and service. Under their leadership, PayU experienced rapid growth and achieved significant milestones.

Prior to that, they pursued an MBA in Gestao Economica e Financeira from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas between 2006 and 2008. Additionally, Walter earned their Bachelor's degree in Administração de Empresas, specializing in Administração de Empresas, from Universidade de Marília, where they studied from 2000 to 2004.
