Alexander Paul Gerhard

Alexander Paul Gerhard is a Scientist and Study Director Toxicology at Nuvisan ICB GmbH, leading pivotal toxicity studies for pharmaceutical development. Previously, as a Research Scientist at Freie Universität Berlin, Alexander Paul established genetic computer models and screened for drug resistance inhibitors. Alexander Paul also worked as a Research Associate at the Institute for Parasitology and Tropical Veterinary Medicine, coordinating research projects and overseeing animal welfare. During a research exchange at INRAE, Alexander Paul used CRISPR/Cas9 to study drug resistance in Caenorhabditis elegans. Alexander holds a Ph.D. in Biomedical Sciences and is currently pursuing a Fachtierarzt für Phamakologie und Toxikologie degree.
