Kelly Cotoni has over 17 years of work experience in customer care and operations. Kelly began their career in 2004 as Manager of Strategic Support Services and Manager of Customer Care Operations at Abbott Diabetes Care. In 2012, they moved to OraSure Technologies, where they served as Call Center Manager, managing the vendor relationship with the call center outsourcing partner. In 2016, they joined Abbott Point of Care as Strategic Contact Center Manager. Two years later, they moved to Abbott as Senior Manager Technical Services. Currently, Kelly is employed at Nuvo Cares as Director of Customer Care and Customer Care Manager.
Kelly Cotoni attended Rutgers University from 1985 to 1988, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics.
