Ryan Wright

Ryan Wright has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Ryan is currently working as an Entrepreneur through Acquisition at Novastone Capital Advisors, where they are raising a search fund to acquire a small to medium-sized light manufacturing company. Ryan has also held positions at NuWave Technologies, Itron, Inc., and Big Heart Builders LLC.

At NuWave Technologies, Ryan served as the Director starting in April 2019. At Itron, Inc., they held two positions - Entrepreneur In Residence from July 2019 to April 2020, and then again from March 2021 to December 2021. In these roles, they incubated innovative ideas for products and services and employed lean start-up approaches to bring them to market quickly and cost-effectively.

Ryan also co-founded Trax, a company they worked on from February 2019 to February 2020, and a cannabis startup from March 2018 to February 2019. Ryan served as a Strategic Advisor at Halo Energy, LLC from February 2018 to August 2018.

Prior to these ventures, Ryan founded and served as the CEO of WrightGrid, a clean tech company specializing in solar-powered charging stations. Ryan managed day-to-day operations, developed strategic business plans, and oversaw manufacturing operations and finances. Before that, they worked as an Engineering Project Manager at Skyworks Solutions, Inc., where they managed the development of semiconductor components for various applications.

Ryan Wright attended Phillips Exeter Academy from 2000 to 2004. Ryan then went on to enroll at Northeastern University, where they studied Industrial Engineering and obtained their Bachelor of Science degree. After completing their undergraduate studies, Ryan pursued a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) at Babson College from 2010 to 2013.
