Dave McDonald

Dave McDonald currently serves as a Board Member at Nuwellis, Inc. since November 2023 and has been the Head of Life Sciences Investment Banking at Lake Street Capital Markets, LLC since November 2014, focusing on the funding and strategic advisory needs of small and microcap growth companies in the biopharma, diagnostics, and medtech sectors. Previously, Dave held executive positions including Chief Business Officer at SillaJen, Inc., where strategic initiatives aimed at transitioning the company into a leader in targeted oncolytic therapy were implemented. Additional experience includes roles as Executive Vice President of Business Development and Chief Financial Officer at Delcath Systems, Inc., as well as senior positions within various financial advisory firms. Dave McDonald holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from St. Olaf College.
