Dmytro Kozlov

Dmytro Kozlov is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and business development within the HR and staffing sectors. Currently serving as an Executive Board Member at the Public Broadcasting Company of Ukraine since August 2021, Dmytro has been an Executive Director and co-founder of the HRFORUM Personnel Management Association since January 2013, where Dmytro has also led the Certification Committee. As a co-founder and director of the HR-TECH Annual Conference & Expo "Digital HR Ukraine," Dmytro focuses on digital solutions for HR management. In addition to roles as a Strategic Advisor and CEO at JOBIAN, Dmytro has served as a Business Development Advisor and co-founder at NUWORK. With prior positions at the National Agency of Civil Service and several notable companies, including SUN ONE AGENCY and ANCOR, Dmytro has demonstrated expertise in business strategy, client acquisition, and operational excellence. Dmytro holds a Master's degree from Dnipropetrovs'kij Nacional'nij Universitet and has completed various professional training programs.
