Rachelle Richard

Rachelle Richard has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Rachelle started their career as a Team Assistant at Champlain Local Health Integration Network (LHIN) from 2007 to 2010. Rachelle then joined Revera Inc. (formerly Regal Lifestyle Communities) and held multiple roles including Admissions and Services Coordinator for Long Term Care, Assistant General Manager, Corporate Educator, and General Manager. At Revera, they led community initiatives, managed compliance, and provided quality care and services to residents.

After their time at Revera, Rachelle co-founded a company called seniory in 2015 and served as a Co-Founder until 2017. Rachelle also founded ProofMyPaper in 2015 and provided professional proofreading and editing services.

In 2016, Rachelle worked as a Community Manager at Golden Life Management, and from 2017 to 2022, they served as the Managing Director of Home Concierge, a tech-enabled home care start-up venture. In this role, they led operations, culture, and strategic execution, managing a team of over 200 service members.

In 2017, Rachelle transitioned to Amica Senior Lifestyles as the Regional Director of Operations for New Development, where they were responsible for operationalizing new retirement living properties across multiple provinces.

Currently, Rachelle is working at NVA Canada, where they hold the roles of Senior Manager of Regional Operations and International Recruitment. In their current position, they foster a positive environment, implements company initiatives, and optimizes staff scheduling to ensure efficient operations. Rachelle also leads NVA Canada's international recruitment strategy, focusing on expanding and optimizing the talent pipeline and supporting overall growth.

Rachelle Richard obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Law from Carleton University in 2010. Rachelle then pursued a Master's Certificate in Adult Training & Development at York University from 2012 to 2014. In 2015, they received a certification as a Certified Coach in the Gentle Persuasive Approach in Dementia Care from AGE Inc. Rachelle Richard also acquired the certification of Certified Fit Tester in 2012 from 3M Health Care.

Rachelle later attended the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management from 2014 to 2016, where they completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in International Healthcare Management. In 2021, Rachelle Richard pursued a specialization in Decentralized Finance (DeFi): The Future of Finance at Duke University, which they completed in 2022.

Additionally, Rachelle Richard has attended The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School to study Innovation, Strategy & Project Management, although the completion status and degree name are not provided.
