Ryan Kirvan

Ryan Kirvan has diverse work experience in the legal field. Ryan is currently serving as the General Counsel at NVA Canada since February 2021. Before joining NVA Canada, they worked for Lifemark Health Group as the Vice President and General Counsel from September 2018 to February 2021. Prior to that, they worked as an Associate at Stikeman Elliott LLP from August 2010 to September 2018. Ryan gained valuable experience as an Articling Student at the Ontario Securities Commission from July 2009 to May 2010. Additionally, they worked as a Summer Associate at Weil Gotshal and Manges in 2008 and as a Summer Law Student at Stikeman Elliott LLP in 2007.

Ryan Kirvan completed a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Finance from McGill University from 2001 to 2005. Following this, they pursued their education at York University - Osgoode Hall Law School from 2006 to 2009, where they earned a Doctor of Law (JD) degree.
