Hailey Facklam

Hailey Facklam has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Hailey is currently working at nVent as a Human Resources Director, a position they have held since January 2023. Previously, they served as a Senior Human Resources Manager at nVent from March 2022 to February 2023. Prior to joining nVent, Hailey worked at Pentair Electrical as an SR HR Generalist, providing HR support to the Value Stream Managers and other functions. Hailey also served as an HR Generalist at Lynch GM Superstore, where they managed HR responsibilities for multiple locations. Hailey began their career at Salon de Belle as a Salon Advisor, where they handled customer inquiries, recruited new customers, and performed basic bookkeeping tasks.

Hailey Facklam attended the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration. In 2016, they obtained certification as a Senn Delaney Certified Facilitator from Senn Delaney, a Heidrick & Struggles company.
