Kristin Hanson

Kristin Hanson has a diverse work experience in strategic sourcing, brand management, procurement, buying, and merchandise planning. Kristin is currently working at nVent as the Director of Strategic Sourcing since September 2023 and previously served as a Senior Sourcing Manager from 2022 to September 2023. Prior to nVent, Kristin worked at Suma Brands as a Senior Brand Manager from 2021 to 2022. Kristin also held positions at Ecolab as a Senior Procurement Manager from 2020 to 2021 and as a Procurement Manager from 2018 to 2020. Before that, they worked at Merz Apothecary as a Buyer from 2016 to 2017 and at Kohl's as an Assistant Buyer from 2014 to 2016. Kristin's earlier experience includes roles at Target, where they worked as an Expert Analyst in Merchandise Planning from 2013 to 2014, and as a Senior Analyst in Merchandise Planning from 2011 to 2013.

Kristin Hanson completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Retailing with a Certificate in Business from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2011. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management, with an expected completion in 2024.
