Vishal Bhagwati

Vishal Bhagwati is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in corporate development and financial management across leading technology companies. As the Head of Corporate Development at NVIDIA since January 2020, Vishal drives global growth strategies through acquisitions and strategic partnerships. Prior to this role, Vishal served as CFO for the AI and HPC business at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, overseeing significant financial operations and leading a global corporate development team responsible for over $28 billion in M&A transactions. Vishal's prior experience includes a tenure at Oracle, where key contributions to mergers and acquisitions helped triple revenue, along with leadership roles at various organizations in investment banking and business advisory. Vishal holds an MBA from The Wharton School, an M.S. from MIT, and a B.S. from UC Berkeley.
