Lucy Clifford

Lucy Clifford has over 20 years of work experience in various roles related to learning and development, sales, and management. Lucy is currently the Head of Learning and Development at Nviro since March 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Mercator Media Ltd for almost 9 years, starting as a Learning & Development Manager and later becoming the Head of Sales Americas. Before that, Lucy worked at Serco as a Learning & Development Manager for three years. Lucy also served as the Retail Training Manager at Thomas Cook Group plc from 2003 to 2006, and as a Sales Executive at Yellow Pages® from 2001 to 2003. Lucy's career began at Thomas Cook Group plc as a Retail Sales Manager from 1998 to 2001.

Lucy Clifford's education history includes CIPD Qualifications in Organisational Learning & Development and a Certificate in Training Practice. Lucy also attended Chichester College, where they studied Preparing to teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector. In addition to these qualifications, Lucy Clifford has obtained a certification as a Strategy Consultant from the University of the West of England in February 2023.
