Kim Baker has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Kim Baker has a Master's degree in Education and Curriculum from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, which they obtained from 2000 to 2003. Kim is currently pursuing a Doctor of Education (EdD) degree in Educational Policy and Leadership, with a focus on Diversity & Equity, at the same university, which they started in 2020 and is expected to complete in 2024. In addition, Kim has obtained various certifications, including a Certified Diversity Professional certification from The Society For Diversity in August 2020.
