The current chief operating officer used to work for Genus plc in Europe and Asia, and the group finance director used to work for Scholes Group plc. They both have a Bachelor's degree from Liverpool John Moores University. The board also has a trainee accountant who has experience through to audit senior at Deloitte Haskins & Sells.
