Marcia Mathis

Marcia Mathis has a diverse background in community engagement, leadership training, and legislative support. Currently serving as Faith Liaison and Community Engagement & Communications Director at NWF Health Network since November 2017, Marcia also works as an Independent Certified Coach, Teacher, and Speaker with The John Maxwell Team, offering workshops and coaching to facilitate personal and professional growth. Prior roles include Legislative Aide to Senator Bill Montford in the Florida Senate, Field Coordinator for the Bill Montford For Florida State Senate District 6 Campaign, and Owner of The Medicine Man. Marcia has extensive experience with John Maxwell's initiatives, having served as Coordinator of Special Events for INJOY, Inc. Additionally, Marcia held positions as Legislative Director for the Florida Department of Transportation and Analyst for the Florida House of Representatives. Marcia's educational background includes attendance at Liberty University and Tallahassee State College.
