Michael Cagley

Michael Cagley is currently the Director of Customer Service at NWH, where Michael brings white glove service to a blue-collar industry. Prior to this role, Michael co-founded IlliniGuys, a multimedia site for Illini fans. With a background in customer advocacy and change management at Lennox International and State Farm, Michael has a strong track record of developing marketing approaches and leading teams to achieve sales goals. Michael holds a BS in Marketing from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
