Vivek Karuppuswamy

Vivek Karuppuswamy is Vice President of Human Resources of NWH, Inc. In this position, Vivek oversees the human resources function focused on creating a high-performance culture, best-in-class employee experience and engagement, and strong leadership development throughout the organization. Vivek has more than 18 years of experience and joins NWH after spending over 11 years in a number of increasingly senior HR leadership roles with significant global responsibilities at Terex Corporation, a Lifting, and Material Handling Solutions company, where he aligned HR strategies with organizational and business goals, emphasizing high performance, talent management, culture alignment, and integration. Prior to Terex, Vivek worked at Textron and Arvind Brands, where he held roles in a wide range of HR disciplines.

Vivek also brings global experience to NWH having lived and work in the U.S. and Asia. Vivek’s track record in leading with an enterprise-first mindset, along with his integrity and candor, make him a great fit.

Vivek earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from MG University and Bachelor of the Science in Electronics (BSc) degrees from Bangalore University. He also completed a General Management program from IIMB and HR Leadership Program at Cornell University.
